Recruitment

The hire you can't afford to get wrong is the one worth handing to someone who does this all day.

Recruitment

The right person in the seat that matters most, without you running the whole search yourself.

Hiring the right person is more than filling a seat. It's finding someone who can actually do the job and fit how your company works, which is exactly where most hires quietly go wrong.

How we run a search

We start by understanding the role before we look for anyone. Not just the job title, but what this person actually needs to do, who they'll work with, and what "a good fit here" really means at your stage.

From there we tap our network, research who's out there, and go after the people worth going after, including the ones who aren't actively looking. We screen properly, pressure-test fit beyond a polished interview, and only bring you candidates worth your time.

Then we stay in it. We help run the interview process, give you an honest read on each person, and support the offer through to a yes. The goal isn't a filled seat. It's a hire that's still working out a year from now.

We're glad to work with multiple hiring managers as your team grows, and we're in it for the long haul, not a one-off placement.

Recruitment Services

You need to find and replace people who matter, and get it right. Here's what that actually involves.

Competitor Research
Before we can position your role, we need to know what you're up against. We research what your competitors pay, what they offer, and what their culture is actually like, then use that to show strong candidates why your company is the better move.

Candidate Profiling
We get specific about who we're looking for before we start looking. For each role, we build a clear profile of the skills, experience, and fit that actually matter, so we're screening against something real instead of a vague wish list.

Interview Management
We run the process, not just the sourcing. We arrange the interviews and build interview guides that focus on the skills that count, which frees your hiring managers to concentrate on the people in front of them. We're glad to work with several hiring managers as your team grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a recruitment agency and a headhunter?
An agency fills a lot of openings across a lot of clients from a big candidate pool. A headhunter works the specific, senior roles and goes after the right person directly, including people who aren't looking. We work the second way. We're for the hire you can't afford to get wrong, not volume.

How do you make sure someone actually fits, not just looks good on paper?
We assess the real things: can they do this job, at your stage, with your team. We use structured, competency-based interviews to get past a polished résumé and a good first impression, because fit is where most expensive hires quietly go wrong.

How is an executive or senior search different?
Senior searches are discreet and slower by design. We research the market and who's actually out there, approach the right people directly, and pressure-test them properly. One wrong senior hire costs you a year, so the whole process is built around getting that one right, not filling it fast.

What tools do you use?
Through our partners we use the standard recruiting tech (applicant tracking and the like) to keep the process organized and nothing falling through the cracks. But the tools support the judgment. They don't replace it.

When you can't get the hire wrong

We handle the senior and pivotal roles where the wrong person costs you a year: competitor research, candidate profiling, interview support, and onboarding once they say yes.

Whether you're building out a team or replacing someone who matters, the goal is the same. The right person in the seat, still working out a year from now.

Ready to fill the role you can't afford to get wrong?
Book a short call, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit for the search.
